Jean-Marc de Villiers
Founder / Owner
Jean-Marc De Villiers is the founder and Owner of JMD Attorneys Inc.. Jean-Marc completed his LLB law degree at the University of South Africa in 2008.
He started his career as an in-house corporate attorney dealing with mergers and acquisitions. In 2010 he started his own firm and has built up an extensive and specialised law firm.
With a national footprint and broad network with some of the best senior counsel in the country Jean-Marc has gained a wealth of experience, and is able to tackle the most complex matters.

Kagisho Mabotja
Legal Secretary
Kagiso joined JMD Attorneys Inc. in 2020 as our Legal Secretary and is the first person of contact at our firm.
Kagiso is responsible for insuring all clerical work is up to date and provides direct assistance in scheduling client appointments, organising and maintaining all of our legal documents.
She prides herself on being an absolute professional when dealing with clients and lawyers alike, and is an integral part of our firm.
Mariam Masih
Candidate Attorney
Mariam completed her (LLB/Bcom BA) degree at the University of the Free State in April 2021.
She is now in her second year of articles and has been with JMD Attorneys Inc. since October 2022. Through her time at JMD Attorneys Inc., she has had the opportunity to work closely with the Jean-Marc and has gained invaluable experience and knowledge.
Mariam specializes in criminal and family law and she is well on her way to joining the legal fraternity as part of JMD Attorneys Inc. team.
